  • Missions 80 & 81 delivered 9 vehicles driven by 15 volunteers, all carrying vital medical supplies and emergency equipment.

  • Ambulance delivered to the city of Dubno under a Sister City agreement with Oxford, Ohio, USA.

  • UA has organised 81 convoys in 42 months since March 2022, delivering 408 vehicles to Ukraine including pickup trucks and SUVs to support medical evacuations in the eastern and southern Ukrainian regions under attack.

London – 30 September 2025 – Ukrainian Action (UA) volunteers have delivered the 400th vehicle donated by the UK charity and US 501(c)(3) non-profit to Ukraine. UA’s 80th humanitarian aid convoy arrived from the UK at the end of September, with ten volunteers driving five vehicles from London loaded with medical supplies,

Mission #80 was closely followed by Mission #81, organised by UA volunteers in Devon, in which five volunteers delivered four more vehicles from west England, loaded with firefighting gear and other emergency equipment. This was the 11th mission by UA Team Devon. UA’s logistics teams in Poland and Ukraine coordinated the smooth delivery of all vehicles to their beneficiaries in Ukraine.

They convoy included an ambulance for a hospital in the western Ukrainian city of Dubno in Rivne Oblast, which was funded by the residents of the American city of Oxford, Ohio under a Sister City Agreement facilitated by UA and signed between these cities in July 2023. A second ambulance was also delivered to the city of Zaporizhzhia.

Since the full-scale invasion, UA has now delivered 408 vehicles loaded with critical medical supplies, humanitarian aid and emergency equipment. The vehicles, including pickup trucks, SUVs and ambulances are used to assist with medical evacuations, distribute humanitarian aid and equip emergency service workers in the eastern and southern regions in Ukraine under attack.

One of the UA volunteer drivers detailed the experience driving in UA mission 80 in an article in a local UK newspaper.

Speaking from the convoy, other Ukrainian Action volunteers said:

“Thank you for the most amazing experience. So thrilled to have met everyone and shared the trip. It was wonderful to take part in something much needed and appreciated. The reception [delivering vehicles to Ukrainians] was so moving, as was the goodbye at the airport.”

“Thanks to all who are working so hard to make everything go so smoothly and enable us to be part of delivering something that is clearly very much needed and hugely appreciated.”

“This is a great example how the mission continues to deliver these vehicles to the Ukrainians. You can help, you can support, please donate at ukrainianaction.com, thank you for your support.”

UA co-founder & CEO, Jeffrey Hartman, remarked “organising over 80 convoys and delivering over 400 vehicles to Ukraine are important milestones for our organisation and testament to the unwavering dedication and support of our volunteers and donors. Most importantly, this underlines the priority in the UK and Europe to continue supporting Ukraine. But there is no celebration, we are already working hard on our upcoming convoys to deliver more.”

Ukrainian Action has organised 81 convoys in 42 months since March 2022, driving nearly an average of every two weeks. UA’s work is supported by over 500 volunteer drivers and over 1500 donors.

About Ukrainian Action

Ukrainian Action is a volunteer-run, US non-profit and UK charity dedicated to supporting the survival and recovery of Ukraine, through providing humanitarian aid, medical support, and veteran rehabilitation. Since 2022 the organization has delivered critical supplies and support to front-line and liberated regions, with a special focus on supporting the psychological and physical recovery of war veterans.

UA regularly drives and donates vehicles filled with humanitarian and medical supplies to Ukraine, and supports local reconstruction and healthcare projects.

Ukrainian Action Heroes is a pioneering rehabilitation program welcoming injured Ukrainian veterans to the Carpathian mountains to learn to ski, snowboard and participate in other outdoor mountain sports and activities, while receiving psychological support in the serenity of the mountains. The program includes ski instruction, travel, room and board, daily access to experienced and qualified psychologists, group therapy, wellness, and mindfulness activities.

The goal of the program is to help Ukraine’s heroes recover from the trauma of active warfare, provide tools to deal with PTSD, and introduce new activities in a place of refuge and solace. In March 2025, the program was expanded to offer adaptive skiing for veterans with amputations. Our winter and summer programs have supported over 80 participants since February 2024.
