Hartman describes how the organisation delivers aid convoys, medical supplies, and vehicles from the UK to Ukraine while also running a rehabilitation program for wounded veterans and their families in the Carpathian Mountains. Hartman also share UA's operating philosophies for a long-term effort to maintain effectiveness.
