An EMAS staff member has taken part in a humanitarian mission to support those affected by the war in Ukraine. The convoy, led by the UK charity Ukrainian Action, made up of fifteen women in five aid packed 4 x 4 vehicles, set off on Friday 14 February and travelled over 1000 miles through France, Belgium and Germany before arriving in Poland. From there, the Ukrainian Action team delivered the vehicles and supplies on to Ukraine. This marked the 69th successful convoy completed by the charity and the first to be led entirely by women.
